Entropy is an online journal with a focus on writing, art, film, and video games. The masthead includes some of the smartest and most innovative people in literature. I have acted as a contributing editor at Entropy, and I've written about literature, film, ecology and the environment.
My favorite pieces include my series The Concept World is No Longer Operational — the title is a quote from eco-theorist and philosopher Timothy Morton — that interrogated the concept "world" through critical readings of fictional representations of its ending. I also wrote on film and books for Entropy, and some my favorite reviews included Jim Jarmusch's vampire film Only Lovers Left Alive and Kelly Reichardt's eco-terrorist thriller Night Moves.
